Animals Out. Openings Closed. Anywhere in the Country.
Most people ring us having already had somebody out who took the animal and left the hole. We do the removal, the sealing and the repair as one job — which is the only version that actually finishes. 2,500 areas, every state, answered around the clock.
Same day in most areas. Animal loose in the house, bat indoors, or a nest by the front door goes out immediately, whatever time it is.
- Answered every hour of the day
- Same day in most areas
- Litters checked for before removal
- Figure agreed before we start
Why one number instead of two
Most firms do insects or animals. Not both. So you end up booking an exterminator for the roaches and a separate contractor for whatever is moving about over the bedroom — and when the soffit is still open in March, each of them explains that the other one should have dealt with it.
We run the lot: raccoons, squirrels, bats, snakes and opossums out of buildings, rodents excluded, termites and bed bugs treated, roaches, ants and mosquitoes handled. Removal, sealing, cleanup and repair are one job with one company behind it.
- Technicians who work your area every week, not a subcontractor driving in from two counties over
- Litters checked for before anything is removed
- Nothing sealed until the building has been confirmed empty
- A figure agreed up front that does not move once the van is on your drive
How it goes
- Tell us what you are hearing or seeing and roughly where in the building it is.
- You get the figure and an arrival window before anyone leaves.
- The technician inspects, deals with it, and finds the way in.
- Openings closed, damage repaired, and a second visit booked if the species needs one.
Can it wait? Animal loose indoors, bat in a bedroom, snake in the house, or a nest somebody has to walk past — no. Those go out straight away, including overnight.
What we do
All of it, in every area on the list.
Wildlife Removal
Getting animals out of attics, chimneys, crawlspaces and wall cavities — then closing the way they got in.
Raccoon Removal
Raccoons taken out of attics, chimneys and crawlspaces — litters included — with the entry sealed behind them.
Squirrel Removal
Squirrels cleared from attics, soffits and wall voids, with openings closed in material they cannot chew through.
Bat Removal & Exclusion
One-way exclusion so the colony leaves on its own and cannot return, plus guano clearance and gap sealing.
Rodent Control & Exclusion
Mice and rats removed and — the part that matters — the gaps they were using sealed shut.
Snake Removal
Identification and safe removal of snakes from garages, basements, crawlspaces and yards.
Skunk Removal
Skunks removed from under decks, sheds, porches and slabs, with the burrow closed off afterwards.
Opossum Removal
Opossums cleared from crawlspaces, garages, attics and deck voids, with the access point closed.
Bird Control & Nest Removal
Nests cleared from vents and ledges, and deterrents fitted so the birds do not simply rebuild.
Dead Animal Removal
Locating and removing carcasses from walls, attics, crawlspaces and ducting, then treating what is left behind.
Attic Cleanup & Damage Repair
Clearing contaminated insulation, treating the odour and scent marking, and repairing what the animals damaged.
24 Hour Emergency Response
Same-day and overnight response for animals loose indoors, stinging nests at doorways, and infestations that cannot wait.
Pest Control
One-off and scheduled treatment for the insects that keep returning — indoors, outdoors and around the foundation.
Termite Control & Inspection
Inspection, treatment and ongoing monitoring for subterranean and drywood termite activity.
Bed Bug Treatment
Room-wide treatment reaching adults, nymphs and eggs across the whole harbourage, not just the mattress.
Cockroach Control
Treatment reaching the voids and cavities where roaches actually live, rather than the surfaces you can see.
Ant Control
Treatment aimed at the colony rather than the trail — house ants, pavement ants, fire ants and carpenter ants.
Mosquito Control
Treatment of resting habitat plus removal of the breeding water, so the garden is usable in the evening again.
Bee, Wasp & Hornet Removal
Nest removal for wasps, yellow jackets and hornets, and relocation-first handling for honey bee colonies.
Flea & Tick Treatment
Indoor and garden treatment timed around the life cycle, so the population does not simply rebound.
Spider Control
Web and egg sac clearance plus perimeter treatment, including the insects the spiders are feeding on.
Commercial Pest Control
Scheduled programmes for restaurants, retail, warehousing, offices and multi-unit residential.
Recent jobs
Thumping over the bedroom for a fortnight and I'd convinced myself it was the pipes. Turned out to be a raccoon that had come in through a corner of the soffit I couldn't even see from the garden. Out and closed up in one afternoon.
Warren D.
Booked them after two other firms told me they only did insects and I'd need somebody else for the attic. This lot did both, which is the entire reason I rang them.
Charmaine O.
Half eleven on a Sunday with a bat circling the landing. Somebody actually answered, told me to shut the door on it and stay out, and had a chap here inside the hour.
Devon A.
Fourth winter of mice and the first one where I've not had to buy traps. The difference was they spent an hour outside sealing gaps rather than twenty minutes inside laying bait.

Questions we get a lot
How quickly can somebody come out?
Same day or next morning for most jobs. Anything urgent — an animal loose indoors, a bat in a bedroom, a stinging nest at a doorway — is dispatched as soon as a technician is free, including overnight and at weekends.
Do you handle insects as well as animals?
Yes, deliberately. A lot of firms do one or the other, which leaves you coordinating an exterminator and a separate wildlife contractor while neither takes responsibility for the hole in the roof. The same crew does the lot.
What does humane mean in practice?
Four things: litters are checked for before removal, one-way exclusion is used where trapping is wrong or unlawful, nothing is sealed until the building is confirmed empty, and the repair is part of the job rather than a referral.
Why do some treatments need a second visit?
Eggs. Bed bugs, roaches and fleas all have a protected egg or pupal stage that no first treatment reaches. Those hatch afterwards, and a follow-up timed to that hatch is what ends it rather than pausing it.
Is it safe around pets and children?
Materials and placement are chosen with that in mind, and you will be told which areas need time before use. Mention pets, children, fish tanks or anyone with a respiratory condition when you book.
What is it going to cost?
It depends on the animal or insect, the size of the building, and whether repair or cleanup is involved. You get a firm figure before work begins, on the phone where possible. It does not move afterwards.
